The specials at Polly’s at the Pier for Monday August 14, 2017 are:
Breakfast Special is a Frittata Americano – 3 eggs, bacon, cheddar, onions, peppers made in a beautiful “pancake”.
Lunch Special is the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. This can also be done in a rice bowl for those gluten-free fans.
Also note that we are offering marinated Tofu as a substitute for chicken in any of our wraps this week. we are doing a test market on this option and we will have limited supply…so get there early. This means that our vegetarian friends can try ANY of our wraps with the Tofu option and our vegan friends can have one of our delicious Asian Wraps. We look forward to your positive feedback to bring Tofu as a full time option in the near future.

Breakfast Special is the Mexi-Grande Breakfast Burrito – Pulled pork, Red Peppers, Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled with 2 eggs and wrapped in a Flour Tortilla Topped with housemate Pico de Gallo. Yummy!
The are 2 Lunch Specials today:
- The BLT Wrap – A Classic BLT rolled in a Spinach Tortilla and panini pressed to perfection! Served with a side
- Polly’s famous Southwest Black Bean Burger that we offer every Saturday. If you have not had one, it is a real treat.
The specials for August 11, 2017 at Polly’s at the Pier are:
Breakfast: Chilaquiles Mashup – this hash brown mashup is over the top! Kanae is combining Hash Brown with Pulled Pork, 2 Eggs, & Monterrey Jack and then topping it with his housemade Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, and Jalapeño.
Lunch: Cubano’s!!!!! You can have your Cubano done with either Pulled Pork & Turkey or with Bacon & Turkey. Vegetarians are not left out on this yumminess as we can substitute our house made Black Bean Salsa as your protein.

Breakfast- Wild Turkey Mashup…..hash browns with turkey, bacon, tomato, onion, and cheese. Yummy! See the picture for more details.
Lunch – Pulled Pork Taco. This special has become so popular that we are trying to make it every Thursday.
We have also grilled some Tofu today so that our vegetarian friends can try one of our popular Wraps by using this in place of the chicken. There is a limited supply so make sure to get there early. We will be looking for your feedback on this option as we are considering offering it full time.

The lunch special is our very popular Southwest Blackbean Burger. This is the winner of the best veggie burger in the USVI for 2016.
Housemade Blackbean Burger made by our vegan chef Kanae Anderson. The Burger is stuffed in a flour tortilla with cheese, sour cream, salsa and then grilled. It is perfection!
it is going to be a hot one so don’t forget about our all natural smoothie selection.
Pulled Pork Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Our delicious Pulled Pork with Pepper Jack Cheese, Red Onions, Red Peppers, a touch of Sriracha, and grilled to a crispy perfection on our white panini bread slathered in real butter. Served with a side of your choice.
You better get here early for this one because it’s going to go quick! (The staff ate our “test” sandwich before we even had time to take a picture)
