Polly’s at the Pier will be closed Saturday march 17th so that our employees can attend the St Patrick’s Parade in Christiansted. We will be back to normal hours next week! Monday – Friday 8 – 3 and Saturday 8:30 – 3.

Janean roasts every bean that goes in to our two brewed coffee options and espresso based drinks. (No store bought coffee or corporate coffee for the Polly’s customer – only the best for you!) Janean is a fantastic midwest roaster who is also a wonderful Bassoonist. She ships her beans to us from her home town in Iowa to St Croix every few weeks so that Polly’s at the Pier has the freshest beans for you.
